“Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do. I don’t recommend it at all.”

“Upon arrival we were pleased with what we saw and check in. Room had a nice big balcony in front of the pool and air con was a nice touch. After a few days we were concerned that nobody had cleaned our room or changed the bedding or towels. Ring the reception and they said the cleaner was due to come on Saturday. We were booked in mon - Mon so Saturday wasn't good. Asked for new towels and was refused and told to wash them in the laundrette. Cleaner came on Saturday and swapped the towels and...

“A really affordable place to stay in Tenerife. Easy access to places nearby such as shopping, eating out, pubs, beach and a free daily scheduled bus/coach shutter going to las vista beach in las americas. Room was great, 3 pools was a benefit as we wanted to peaceful holiday and the gym was great. Cleaning service was top class as we stayed for 2 weeks we got cleaning services every 3rd day, which was nice getting everything restocked and cleaned etc. free on street parking is nearby the hotel,...

“Staff are all quite friendly and helpful. After a couple days they often know you by name, remembered our drink order, etc. The hotel itself is nice. Good: responsive staff especially in the lobby bar. Bad: shower in our room poured water all over the bathroom even with the door sealed shut. It was like this every single day. Minibar options were minimal; always stocked with mixed nuts though we have a nut allergy there were no other options. Only one restaurant to eat at which got boring very...

“Yes lovely place. Clean, nice views, many pools.”

“Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!”

“Great hotel, made better by the Magma experience - which was given as an upgrade as our original size room was not ready (instead we had a slightly smaller, recently renovated room which could not have been improved on!) Staff were helpful, hotel was immaculately clean and food was good.”

“Mobility access not good, lots of hills. Not many charging points for scooters. Room was clean, but floors were always dirty as we always ended up with black feet! Balcony was nice & big, we liked the sun loungers, quite sturdy.”
