“Great Service and Great Staff. Knew exactly what I needed. Simone at the front lobby was amazing! Great patience and kindness! ”

“Enjoyed our stay, only one night. More business travel hotel IMO, but fine for fams too. Remember that parking is either valet or on the street (and the meter maids come at around 8am) and thats on top of the nightly stay. Former Tutwiler Hotel, very nice old building in lovely part of downtown. Historic, classic building which translates to strange angles, room configurations, but we liked it alot.”

“The staff was amazing!!! Actually beyond amazing. I wish I remembered the young lady at the front desk’s name but she was super helpful. She gave us so many great recommendations for restaurants. The hotel not only offered airport shuttle service but also provided shuttle to local attractions. Saved us money on Ubers. The driver (I believe was named Sam) was just a kind good hearted man. There’s no other place I would think about staying next time while I’m in Birmingham ”
