"Hotel was spotless and all fittings seemed new and were in working order. Reasonable breakfast buffet with a pleasant terrace available. 5 minutes walk from airport terminal, I had no problems with a suitcase."

"The room was lovely - very modern and large. We had a large double bed on one side of a partition and 2 proper single beds on the other side - perfect for our 2 teenage sons. The beds were super comfy. Bathroom clean & had a nice rainfall shower head as well as a ‘normal’ one. The hotel itself had lovely public areas - light, airy & modern. Very funky. The breakfast area / restaurant overlooked the beautiful bay view out towards Corfu. The beach area was nice - you have to pay for beds but various options starting at €10 through to €50 for the beds with nets. Good area - about 15 minute walk to the port & add another 5 minutes to the main front. Plenty of places to eat & drink at reasonable prices. "

"The area is busy come night time. Alot of bars and food vendors and restaurants. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast included is amazing as well."

"Grand Duka is the perfect place to stay in Durrës. The staff were warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. The spa, included in the hotel fee, was such a wonderful treat. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I visit Durrës, Albania. 10/10!"
