The facilities are clean, well maintained and the staff has an excellent service attitude. A minor problem is that sound insulation in the rooms allows TV & Phone noise to be heard in the passageway & sometimes in adjacent rooms.

Very comfortable hotel. Staff were super and always eager to help. Bus into Tirana 50 yards along the road and hotel directly opposite north/south bus station giving easy access to other towns in Albania.

I liked and enjoyed my stay at the property, staffs were helpful and amenities were easily accessible. My only issue was the hidden returnable charge of 50 euro or alternatively give your passport at the checkin point in case of any damages during checkout. I personally think this should be communicated properly before booking so customers can plan for it and not be caught unaware on arrival.

The room was very spacious and the personal extremely kind in every moment. We used the Spa to swim and had a relaxation massage which was great. The hotel is also well communicared, near a Bus stop. We liked very much! 👌

It was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful when required. The breakfast could do with some more variety as I got tired of it by the 3rd day. The room.service was great and the food from.the restaurant was very good and tasty. Wish the could replicate that with breakfast option. Overall we had a good time and commute from there was very good as there were options for both busses and taxes which was quite handy most times. The staff gave good recommendations on taxi app which was really helpful I must say. The spa was great I had the Thai massage which was really good. My daughter had the Swedish massage and it was great too. Pool very nice and the amenities was great. We enjoyed our stay our classic comfort room was very spacious thought the view from the balcony was not great. So rarely used it. The staff were always smiling and polite so I commend for that. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you ever fancy a visit to Tirana.

Superb staff , especially the reception staff who couldn’t do enough from checking us in to sorting out taxis. Room was spotless and spacious. Only comment would be a bigger tv. Food in the restaurant was amazing and very reasonably priced Swimming pool was good although a little cold Gym was a negative as it’s actually quite unsafe due to the age of the equipment Other negative is the traffic outside the hotel, very busy. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

A really lovely hotel with a spacious and comfortable room. The spa facilities were amazing and staff were pleasant and helpful. The buses which stop outside the hotel take you straight into the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing experience. Out of everything, I would especially like to point of the amazing staff, they are polite and always ready to help. It was my partner’s birthday and I wanted to surprise her, they absolutely took that into consideration and decorated the room better than expected. Food in the restaurant is good quality. Spa service is clean and relaxing. Location of the hotel is good as its easier to connect to all the nearby tourist spots. Breakfast buffet has a huge variety.
