"Very nice staff, breakfast lady is very courteous and tries very hard to please everyone’s taste. Food is ok. No elevator, stairs are ok. Safe place to stay in. In room the safe doesn’t work.
Changed room 3 times, bed and mattress wasn’t comfortable. They found a relatively newer single twin small bed that has a newer mattress on it. Cleaning ladies are very nice. Very close to metro gayaran “ Sasuntsi david” price is relatively ok, no room darkening curtains, half way darkening. "

Excellent hotel. A little bit away from downtown which makes for good after dinner stroll and quiet nights. Everything was very comfortable and everyone was very kind and helpful.

Fantastic food, great hospitality, and a beautiful location among farms. Room could have used a couple of chairs and a more substantial desk but I consider those very minor issues. True farm to table food and friendly people.

The location is perfect for exploring Goris itself. The main park and tourist info office are just a block away. Anywhere in town is in walking distance including Old Goris.
The staff were very friendly and breakfast in the garden every morning was fantastic.

Clean and spacious apartment with a great open view of the city. Good internet in the living area, but not that great in the bedroom. Good shower with unlimited hot water. Good bright lights. TV could be bigger with better channels. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

An oasis of good service in the south Caucasus, especially after the flag change to Doubletree. Young, friendly, well trained English-speaking staff.
In Yerevan and elsewhere, unfortunately, expect to be taken for a ride by some who will invariably try to overcharge you/rip you off (some taxi drivers, some restaurants-even national chain ones- and even stores), but despite it all it is always good to get back to the hotel and feel at home again with friendly staff, and the country itself is...

Nice hotel, clean, decent size rooms and comfortable bed. Front desk speaks English and is very friendly and helpful. Shower has rain option, and is nice and hot for a long time. Very central to everything, easy to walk to whatever you want to see.

Hotel has a great location across from Vernisage weekend market. Larger well maintained rooms. I had a junior suite with small balcony; although not much of a view. Hotel is well maintained, with attentive staff. Only complaint is the variety and quality of breakfast buffet. Very unusual items that would have been better suited for a lunch buffet. Tried to get an omelet twice, and ended up with runny, greasy scrambled eggs. Lunch and dinner menu is great and features classic Armenian items. The...

Easily the nicest and most helpful place I’ve stayed at in Yerevan. The staff were especially helpful with my getting luggage over from my previous accommodations and they work to make the stay as smooth as possible to match with Yerevan’s weird flight schedules (all flights in the middle of the night). Room was clean and quiet. Did not take advantage of breakfast but they will do breakfast boxes for guests who have to leave in the late evening to catch their flight.

We booked Crentral Hotel for the last 2 nights of our backpacking trip around Armenia. It was a wonderful landing for 2 weary travelers. The staff at the front desk was kind and welcoming, especially Davit, who gave us great advice and showed us where to have a good time. The room was clean, confortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was very fresh and nice. The location was also fantastic. Thank you for a great stay!
