“I would rate this hotel a 3.5 out of 5. The property itself was clean, and most of the staff were great—especially the servers we encountered at Sole, Fresco, L.G. Smith’s, and Aquarius. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping our room clean throughout our stay. The main reason for my rating is the all-inclusive package, which I do not feel was worth the money. “We really enjoyed our stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had an amazing beach view that made mornings and evenings especially relaxing. The balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy the scenery. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the entire property was clean and well cared for. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!”

“The view from the new studio rooms are not great. No cover from when it rains in the balcony. Room#308. No full length mirror in the room only the small one in the bathroom. The bathroom was uncomfortable. Too small for a couple. Could not open the door to the bathroom all the way. The toilet was in the way. No complimentary coffee and no complimentary water.
