“The three thibgs we did not like about Holiday Inn is we could not make phone calls in our room. You had to call the operator to make a call. We mase phone calls on my cell phone before we found oot to call the opator. This is the only hotel we experienced this. The next thing we experienced was that housekeeping did not leave hand towels and wash clothes in our room. We had to find someone from housekeeping and askvfor the wash clothes and hand towels. “The room was spacious and clean. Pools were lovely and really cleaned daily. But here comes the but….. this hotel is near a sewage plant. You can smell sewage when you are outside of the hotel. You smell sewage on the beach. I came here for beach but this “beach” is clearly not clean. The food servers were lovely but front desk was not so helpful. ”

“The stay was wonderful. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. The garden is great and the breakfast and the service as well. Only a little thing: Our sheets were torn and should be renewed but this does not limit the great experience we had. I would come back any time to this wonderful place and can recommend this to everyone :)! See you soon.”

“Divi Phoenix is my Aruba home away from home. It's family friendly, the staff is friendly and accommodating, it's a short walk to shopping and restaurants and other hotels. Pure Beach's quality of food has improved greatly and is reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back.”
