“My wife and I stayed at Ocean Z Feb14-20. Our shower was missing a door. Water would flood the floor and soak the toilet. When I let the front desk know about the shower, I was told it had broken and was on back order. We were told there were no other rooms and we were given no solution. On the Ocean Z website, this room has a picture of a shower with two doors like normal. Ocean Z is now claiming this is how the shower is designed. Not true.
