“Work was being performed while we there leaving paint chips all over the balcony that were never cleaned up even after we complained. Our maid forgot to leave us towels after cleaning the room…call the desk 3 times and ended up waiting an hour for towels. One of the restaurants was closed and the steakhouse has limited seating so if you don’t get there when they open…you’re not getting in. Otherwise…it’s a nice hotel. “Overall okay experience. Room cleanliness was okay; while not sparkling it also wasn’t *dirty* and the rest of the grounds were clean especially the pool area which we appreciated. Food was subpar but everyone at both restaurants was friendly and that counts for something.”

“hotel pools were like 20 ft from ocean. nice to see ocean from pool/jacuzzi. clean rooms. carpet worn. balcony nice can sit out on. like the infrastructure to get to room to pools to parking lot-very close and easy. gym clean offers treadmills etc. did not go all inclusive. beach view great. next to pelican pier walk from hotel right out back take boat tour. staff brought extra towels up to room in 5 min after request. will b staying again. preferred to other hotel from last visit”

“All of my many experiences with Divi Village Golf o& Beach Resort have been more than satisfactory. The rooms are always clean. The outdoor swimming pool is meticulously maintained daily. The things that stand out about the Divi Resort over other more “upper end” resorts is the comfort level.
