“We loved the private island!! We always got seat on the beach and ended up going everyday but one out of the 7 days we spent in Aruba. It was just so much quieter than the other beaches. And the food and drinks at the restaurants there were great. The breakfast at the poolside restaurant in the hotel was our only complaint as it was really expensive for what was offered. We will spend money on good food but it was a really basic buffet. The coffee was pretty good there tho…”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing. I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible. I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days. It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing...
