“Overall Amazing place. The beaches are spectacular and pristine. We snorkled every day and every day we saw sea turtles and tons of beautiful fish. In the hotel grounds there are pools with sea turtles, rays, sawfish, sharks, etc. The waterslides are exciting even for older kids and adventurous adults, and the the rapid river is huge, wraps around the whole park area and is tons of fun. “Looks abandoned, no tiki bar or restaurant as adverised place is run down . Some structures falling apart. rooms are really outdated. Furniture inside the room is worn looks really old. I ended up paying a hundred dollars to switch my flight to the same day and then not stay spend the night.”

“The staff is amazing! Especially Patrice and the crew at the open-air restaurant near the beach. Food was always delicious, fresh and plentiful. If you want a relaxing, walk to whatever property this is it. 5 mins to beach or pool, same with the restaurant and a minute walk to the ferry to take you up the channel (6 mins) to downtown restaurants, bars , entertainment and shops.”

“I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...
