“Excellent customer service. Staff friendly. The food was delicious—enough lounge chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The facility needs to be updated, but the hotel was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time in paradise.”

“This was our first visit and we loved it!! So much to do! We just truly enjoyed it. My suggestion for the future. If someone is visiting for the first time, insist that they be shown where their room is located. I had to ask several times for direction and we were VIP guests. Also more options for breakfast with more tea options in the hotel. Poseidon table is expensive with too much food. Can’t eat all of that for breakfast. ”

“Hotel and grounds have definitely not been updated in a very long time. The pics are probably from when the hotel opened and are not accurate at this time. Found someone’s night cap behind the bedside table and small ants in the room. Staff was very nice and had an enjoyable time in the bar area. Excellent seafood quesadillas!”
