“The staff was always cleaning and very nice however our room was upgraded and it didn't have working outlets, our wifi kept going out and our TV didn't get but 3 or 4 channels! They came to fix it at least 4 times and it didn't fix it. The pools are very small for the amount of people who were there and the food hours were very confusing and difficult to navigate, especially since reservations were made 2 days out and you couldn't make them till you arrived. Be sure to insist the porter put your bags in a locker when checking out else will be left outside (lazy). “This is my first 50/50 review of a resort. I usually stay at RIU resorts since I’m a RIU member, but because I was traveling with a minor, we couldn’t stay at the RIU in the Bahamas.
