“The staff was excellent. Rooms were clean and excellent. Property had rust in areas, parts of balcony. This made me think these areas were unsafe. When you look up at balcony from outside rust was also visible. I thank the staff for their work. The property needs additional maintenance.”

“Excellent location just across road from beach. Spotlessly clean and staff so friendly and helpful...any issues raised were resolved immediately. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and convenient for venturing further afield as bus stop and taxi rank on road outside. Definitely recommend.”

“Coral Sands is a nice property with big rooms, great beds and quiet after 10 pm. The band next door stopped at 10. The hotel is on the south shore and the ocean can get rough. We did have problems with lots of Sargasum seaweed. One negative was the fence and barbwire around the back and pool. Made it look like a prison. ”

“Despite some of the reviews this hotel is fine. High room for a family, shower good and always warm water. Excellent location, straight out onto a beautiful beach. Loads of places to eat locally. Would stay again. ”

“I book 4 nights, but I left after 1 night. I didn't sleep at all because people were being noisy just outside my window, playing loud music, shouting etc. Traveling alone I didn't want to go out in the middle of the night to ask them to be quiet when I didn't know the area! I didn't get any money back! ”

The unit was a little rough around the edges, but once we'd sorted out a few things and settled in we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the overall property was charming, and we were within easy walking distance of amenities including beaches, restaurants and grocery stores.”
