“I didn’t like that the pool bar was closed and open on Friday for a limited time. I had some problems with my room and didn’t understand how housekeeping didn’t address. However, when I did they took care of the problem quickly. I found some of the staff not to be friendly. They ran out of towels for the pool quickly. “The room was immaculately cleaned, the staff washed and changed the sheets everyday. Amenities were wonderful, the best fully stocked gym with equipment I’ve ever had. Food service at Calabash (the hotel restaurant) was quite slow, but the food quality and taste was excellent. So just be aware that meals do take time at the hotel property.”

“Just superb. Right on the beach. The place was spotless and staff were lovely. 10/10 for me. We left a top at the hotel by mistake and called back 3 days later and they had kept it. Breakfast was spot on also.”

“It was not my idea of an all inclusive hotel. The food was cooked to order and if you wanted seconds you had to wait for it to be cooked. We arrived at the Hotel at 4:00pm after a 4 and a half hour flight and was told that there were no food to eat and dinner would not start until 7:00pm. We had to pay 3 US dollars a bottle for extra water for the room. The staff at dinner were amazing. The food was ok . We wind up eating off property several days”
