“Very good hotel in excellent location for easy walking access to Bergerac, including the old town. Didn’t try breakfast as had an early flight. Room was very comfortable, with aircon and fridge a godsend in 33C. Unfortunately didn’t get chance to use pool as only in Bergerac for 1 day. Note: no reception after about 9pm, but door code provided. ”

“The welcome and hospitality for the Clos team is truly genuine and thoughtful. Rooms are big and comfy and the pool is a bonus. Location is an easy walk to everything and parking is right outside the door at a reasonable rate (plus Clos has a few stalls as well - but book in advance). Great visit - Merci!”

“Maison d’hôte vraiment ancienne, de l’extérieur ok, mais intérieur rien de moderne. L’évier de douche bouché, wifi qui marche une fois sur deux, les lits ne sont presque jamais refais, le petit déjeuner n’en parlons pas: on ma donné un chocolat chaud avec une poudre de chocolat Nesquick expiré depuis 2023, et j’ai commencé à avoir des doutes sur la péremption du lait aussi..”

“Monique and Willem were perfect hosts at Les Rocailles and were very hospitable. We ate two evening meals there which were really fantastic! Gourmet level food, cooked by Willem, at a very reasonable cost. Our room was very clean and in a lovely setting in the grounds of the hotel. We would definitely recommend a stay there and also make sure to try Willem's food. ”
