“This hotel was located in the heart of all Sayre has to offer. This hotel is not the best well kept there is and they are interesting when it comes to cleaning the rooms. They have a turn down service for every 3 night stay. Interesting if you ask me but maybe it’s because they are not staffed properly. The grounds were not well kept. “Refrigerator made gurgling noises throughout the night. Difficult to set room temperature. No instructions. Pillows were excellent. No ice on floor despite area labeled “ice”. Breakfast was good but no pastries. Room was clean and as expected.”

“Hotels.com screwed up on the dates for the reservation and I had to cancel after I noticed they were the wrong dates. I ended up having to pay a cancellation fee or the one charge. Hotels.com screwed up the dates but I was forced to pay the hotel a cancellation fee/ one night equivalent. ”

“Excellent staff. Power went out due to a storm, no big deal. However, it caused half of the outlets and lights to not work. Staff said it is a known issue every time the power goes out and they have to wait for the utility company to come fix it every time.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. However, the feather pillows were less than desirable, so if you like a firm pillow, make sure you bring yours from home. They didn't tend to the room after the first night (make bed, empty trash cans), but I think that may be the norm these days.”
