“I was charged $100 more than the room cost when i checked in to just hold, then didnt get refund when i checked out. I asked to hotel via hotels.com and the hotel explained that i had ordered $100 breakfast menu on my last day of stay. They dont even have seperate menu for breakfast and i had breakfast included service. I still didnt get the clear answer nor the refund.
