“The window units leak onto the walkway and leave slime across the walkway. It was super humid outside so, even with the airconditioning running, the floor in the bedroom and bathroom stayed wet. The TV had very limited channels. The bathroom tu/shower was very old and, even if it was actually clean, looked dirty. They do not have shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. “Charge $50 deposit to get towels and of town was dirty then they will keep your deposit. Only clean your room every 3 days. Manager is an ass and will not even have a conversation with you. He gets mad and then tells you to leave his property when you confront him about cleaning your room and towel. Just will never do this hotel again”

“This was the first time we have stayed in Seadrift and I just wanted it to be nice for our 56th anniversary. But, this rental was not just nice- it was truly exceptional. I was very impressed by: 1) it was a completely separate cabin - did have steps up to porch and main door. 2) it was large and air conditioned and super clean. - had a bedroom first- with king size bed. “The Room 122 had a broken desk desk chair. I call the office ask for a replacement and he told me thats all they had. No replacement with plenty off vacancy rooms . Nice chairs. So the room had bad spots on the walls. Restroom area paint peeling onthe door of Restroom nasty. Sink area had know light it was broken ask for replacement to lady that clean rooms she did let them know a they came in while i was gone and fix it. “We loved our stay!!! The owner was so friendly and the place was PERFECT!! The rooms were huge and so clean! Outdoors, there was a huge patio with great seating and two grills if you wanted to have a cookout! We were there for the Texas Water Safari and the location was just a few minutes down the road from the finish line and from the restaurants, grocery store and gas station. I hope to stay here again next year!!”
