“It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...

“On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. The pool area was kept clean with 2 lifeguards throughout the day. The pool was never busy nor the area around so plenty of sun beds. If you are a golfer, you will be pleased to know it’s a 2 minute...

“I booked with breakfast & dinner package for christmas. When I book this hotel, there was no notice about Gala dinner on that day. But when I check in, they said I did not include Gala dinner, and there was no normal dinner on that day. If I could not have dinner there, I would not stay this hotel because there were many hotel with better condition than this hotel with the same budget without dinner package.”

“Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work”

“허니문으로 간 숙소에요! 4성급 중에서도 너무 번잡하지 않고 가격대비 만족도 높았음 꼭 클럽 서비스 신청하셔서 베드 있는 곳으로 가세요!!! 조용하고 좋아요!! 그리고 샤워기 필터 필수 식사는 조식은 너무 좋았고 중석식 다른 장소는 조식 보다는 별로였어요.”
