“Super clean, quiet and pool was warm!”

When I asked what that was the receptionist say the IHG group has recently started charging this; that amenities included sheets, towels and soaps. “Arrived and the bed our kids were supposed to sleep on was broken and it was unusable. Refrigerator was rusted. Blinds broken in main bedroom. Flooring completely falling apart. Spider webs everywhere. Listing showed it on the lake, it was across a very busy street from the property. This listing was absolutely deceiving. “I had reservations for this property well in advance of when I needed to stay. I tried for two days to get a hold of whoever I needed to get a hold of to see if I could have my boyfriend check in instead of me since he would be there earlier. Once I finally got a hold of someone, at the property, they didn’t have me down for a reservation.
