“The room and great, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Would love to have been able to eat at a buffet. I was told they dodnt have it any longer so has ro eat else where.”

“No amenities included as listed when i booked the hotel. They are going through a “re-branding” and nothing was available. Hardly any food out for breakfast and was out, looked old. Restaurant/bar was only open 1 night during our entire stay there. Spa closed. No AC on in the hotel- elevators and hallways ridiculously hot. Dead bug on floor in our bathroom. Horrible stay. Would like a refund and it was NOT as advertised! Would have much preferred to stay at the Travelodge next door! ”

“I booked a room at the casino resort and found out our room was in a totally different building well separate from the casino, pool, dining etc. It wasn't terrible, at least it was quiet, but it was inconvenient and unexpected. Staff were friendly and let me check in early, but they're very short staffed. ”

“Didn’t like smokers at the main entrance. ”

“The hotel is clean and well kept, however it is a bit old. I would still highly recommend the hotel because of its location to Louisville.”
