“No coffee. Microwave did not work. ”

“This is the second time we stayed in this hotel in 2 years. Both times we had issues with outlets, the lamps and USB outlets. This time they had lamps that the outlets didn't work, we had one outlet and one usb that worked in the whole room. The outlet by the a/c did not work at all and the lamp in the corner had a missing bulb. In the bathroom the fan did not work and the floor was dirty. This time I got a coffee maker that worked which was nice, last time It didn't. They say there is...

“The lobby looked very nice and clean. That was about it. Once we got to our room there was a wad of hair on the night stand, thick dust build up on the vent in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and the chair was extremely stained and gross. If you get breakfast they have a note that states that they will charge you a fee if you bring any of it back to your room to eat, very inconvenient. “Very cozy and felt homey. Staff was super helpful and everything was clean and tidy. Parking was convenient and everything was stocked well. Excellent stay.”

“Loved the continental breakfast. Pool was cold, and had stuff floating in it. Not very appealing. Was disappointed with that.”

“The Pine Lake resort has deteriorated since I stayed a year ago. The only amenity is a breakfast. No coffee machine n the room. The coffee and water sitting out is not maintained. There is no room maintenance on a daily basis. There is no ice machine. No access to a computer. The staff which are few appear to be sitting on a cell phone and/or outside on breaks. I will no longer stay there unless new management brings it up to standard.”

“The facility is in need of major rehabilitation. It is old, dingy, walls need extensive repairs and painting. The staff however, were very friendly and helpful.”

“It was very nice, clean and enjoyable place. Everyone was very helpful. The only thing our bathroom sink was too far back we had to stand on tiptoes to brush our teeth.”
