“The hotel was actually very nice. The bed was very comfortable, stay was god, casino was cool. Everything was up to par, and the room was beautiful; however, when I got into the shower I noticed something odd at the base of the toilet. I took a picture and googled it, and the pic resembled a bed bug. It gave me the ick. I called the front desk and informed them immediately. They sent up security to investigate, and they confirmed that it was a “little pest”. The security guy asked me if I had...

“After staying for one night with my family I found a bug on my hand in the night and tried to brush it off that it was just a bug but now after being home for 2 days we’ve had to go to urgent care for bug bites all over our bodies and get medicated ointments to help the itching. I’m terrified of bugs and made my husband flush it immediately so I wish I had a picture but me and my family are covered in red bumps and I’m so disappointed I didn’t find a clean place for my family to stay and ended...

“Thank you for the comfortable stay. It is my top choice to stay and have booked and stayed at this hotel many times”

“The bathroom in the first room they put us in was disgusting. The shower was moldy everywhere and the toilet was dirty. We complained and were given a second room which was not much better. One of two elevators was so sketchy that I wouldn't get in it for fear of being trapped inside. Steer clear of this place. The pics look decent but in person it is not good.”

“I had a pleasant stay. No complaints. Would book again in the near future.”
