The staff conveniently was able to accommodate myself and my son due to a cancellation of my reservation at a different place at the last moment. Staff was friendly and helpful. They are in the process of updating a few things. So if you are, there currently bear with them as they transition into updated accommodations. Would still recommend.

Staff was very nice. Elevator was not working. We were fine using the stairs, but might have been difficult for others. Room was clean, but tub had a lot of mildew. Although we weren’t supposed to get housekeeping, someone came in and took our towels without replacing them. We thought that was odd.

Staff really kind, but, the room was dirty, smelled bad, rug without vaccum clean, sheets dirty with old lipstick and looks old, color gray instead of white, towels the same. Bathroom smelled bad, floor dirty, the shower and tiles dirty, black and gray, a lot of dirty stains. Old beds with deep holes.

Staff was absolutely fantastic and did their very best to help us through every challenge the property presented....and our rating is connected to the lengthy list of challenges. Odor in room led to an early change of room. Malfunctioning television remote. Malfunctioning elevator. Unvacuumed and unswept floors. Unchanged sheets in beds on arrival. This property would be ok for a quick in and out party vibe, but would not recommend for a family and multiple days.

The main areas were well maintained. The room looked like it had been partially renovated probably several years ago. The bathroom, however, was in bad shape, particularly the tub (but also walls and floors). There was mold in the grout, chips out of the bathtub, and water damage and mold so bad on the ceiling that it looked like it could cave in. There was also a yucky mat in the tub meant to keep people from slipping, but it was all moldy as well. Breakfast was not appealing to me at all. I got a sausage link, which was cold, and an apple. My husband had a waffle, which he was okay with. The next morning we skipped it. The staff was wonderful, however. They couldn't have been any nicer. What kills me the most is what I paid for the room, being a Notre Dame football weekend. $525 per night!!! Not anywhere near what one would expect for that price, needless to say.

The room and bathroom was spacious. I had a king suite. The bed and pillow s were exceptionally comfortable. However, the drape at the window was filthy with stained and falling off the hook. I actually figured out a way to fixed it back on the hook and was able to hide the stained area out of sight. The white bath tub looked as if it never cleaned. We got absolutely no room service at all for 5 days 4 nights. We had adequate towels and toiletries. Breakfast was adequate, eggs waffles yogurt oatmeal and pastries. The location was excellent to where we wanted to go hence the reason for staying there. We could walk to the mall and shopping area which is like five minutes away.
