“Hotel was perfectly clean, room was nice and looked like it had been refurbished recently. We didn’t use any facilities or eat in the hotel.
On arrival staff (male) just ignored us when we went to check in so we went to the female who was ok. Both lacked any service skills.
Room does not have air conditioning so got rather warm with the window open in October.”
