Room was small
Room was dirty papers on the floor
We arrived 1 hr before check in and I was told it would cost me £15 to do so
I decided against it and said I would be back at 3
I joined a queue and by the time I got to the front the available rooms had gone and I had to wait until one was serviced, as I had already paid in advance I thought this was pretty poor service, my room should have been reserved. The room itself was poor quality as it was obviously the only one available
My daughter hated it
Not happy at all as to how I was treated
