Amazing. Definitely worth it

We stay at one of the villas, it was wonderful, so well equipped and cute, it was warm, the place is amazing, but the nature around it is breathtaking and calm, another very important part of our time there was how wonderful kind and friendly were all the staff at the hotel and restaurant, the food was wonderful and tasty, We loved the atmosphere and the hospitality. Staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was clean and they upgraded us because they had a bigger room available. The view from the pool and hot tub is amazing. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in the small, one-story cottage at the rear corner of the property, accessible through the beautifully appointed side courtyard. Staff was very accommodating when we arrived past the regular breakfast time because of flight changes due to weather.

Best place to stay on the island!

We enjoyed the atmosphere, food, facilities and landscape. The rooms and common areas show a nice design. We enjoyed the sauna and spa. The cuisine must be one of the best in the area with a pleasant atmosphere in the dining room and bar, always accompanied by a careful attention. The hotel's location is fantastic with views of the lake, city and volcanoes that is privileged. A highly recommendable experience.

Stunning views, world class food. Stuffed trout was amazing. We loved our relaxing stay there. Good pool and sauna. Fabulous staff.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful - it's lovely having a person on-site that is knowledgeable and able to book all regional tours on your behalf - the property and rooms have stunning views (and are evidently pretty new) and the hot tubs are a definite bonus. The menu changes every day, all delicious. We stayed 3 nights, we wish we could have stayed at least a week! Ps. The Termas del Sol nearby are well worth a visit!

The hotel is very clean and in a great location. Very friendly staff and the breakfast is excellant. The room and bathroom are on the smaller side but very comfortable.
