The Brenners Hotel and Spa property is simply sublime and exquisite. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful and form the back drop for relaxing moments sipping beverages or enjoying quiet time. The Fritz and Felix restaurant is excellent and among the best in Baden Baden. The bar is gorgeous and the bartenders and service staff in general are all on top of their game.

Very helpful reception staff Nice welcome drink and Stollen (Christmas fruitcake) Easy walk to old city Hotel building from the last 15 years more or less so constructed with all the modern comforts

Loved that the shower control was touch screen!

The property was beautiful and staff wonderful. Spa and pool lovely. Centrally located. Breakfast was expensive and staff less than helpful in getting coffee.

Wunderfull

Beautiful place wtih an excellent service and food quality.

It’s brand new so it’s all great!

Everything was perfect. There was one odd exception. We were 2 people in the room, 2 sinks in the bathroom, yet were rationed with one tube of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for our 3 day stay. When I left the used tube open to have them notice it is empty, they closed it and put it back for the next day. So I bought the toiletries I needed. It was only on our last day that we were paid an evening visit by the staff to rearrange the bed, add a towel and a sweet. My daughter...

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location right by the Brandenburg gates

Very nicely appointed studio apartment with a lot of space. Location is central with quick access to the U and S trains at Potsdamer Platz. Excellent location for the Philharmonie and Kulturforum.

We stayed at Hotel am Steinplatz for a week. The Hotel is great, great location, Great Breakfast, restaurant and Bar. The staff are very helpful and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. The Hotel itself has a great story and it's where most of the famous German actors were staying and had their parties. The Hotel has been renovated since then but it has kept it's old charm and it can take you easily to those glamorous days while staying there. There are many...

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. The views are amazing and the hotel is something out of a good movie. The staff were terrific. We went on a guided one hour torch nature walk that the hotel puts on Friday night. It is truly one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Very clean staff courteous Very nice rooms Lobby very elegant Hugly recommmed it

We stayed at the Rocco Forte line before and found it lovely, however the service and overall experience at the Charles Hotel truly defined luxury service. Best example: we wanted to take the subway to BMW World and it being a hard to find station, the concierge not only walked us to the station but down to the platform and ensured we got the correct train. We look forward to staying there again when we return later this year. John - Chicago, USA

Unbelievable on all accounts. Great gym, pools, restaurants, food, covered amenities, etc.

From the check in process to all the way to check out and preparing our rental car for our next destination was amazing and thoughtfully done. The location is amazing and i would not consider anything else if i am staying in Cologne again.
