"The hotel and grounds are well maintained. Lovely! The front desk service was superb. However, the service at the buffet was very inconsistent. Be sure to ask about egg options. Don’t always offer them to you. Doesn’t appear there is a system for clearing tables, managing the buffet and sharing options with customers. Stay away from the buffer during last 45 minutes. Service even more disjointed. "

"Staff most friendly and helpful as we have two large dogs so we always stay on the ground floor. We have stayed before so we know what to expect. Also great dog walking facilities "

"Fantastic view of the green and the forest. Super friendly staff, yet professional. Nice restaurant with also a view from the terrasse. Rooms are not huge but are well equiped with all the american standards one would expect. And all for only 110 euros, it is a pretty good deal! Will definitely go back there"

"This is a lovely property right on the beach. Good breakfast and easy to walk anywhere for lunch or dinner with the boardwalk right outside the pool area. Can’t beat it. Would stay here again on our next visit to Arcachon "

"Despite arriving at near midnight, a warm and friendly welcome awaited me. The room was well appointed and included tea and coffee facilities plus welcome sweets. The room was an excellent size as was the bathroom that was only let down by the shower floor that was rather in need of updating. Bedding and towels were clean and of good quality.
