“시설, 서비스, 음식 등 전반적으로 만족도 높음. 다만 주변 즐길거리가 부족한 점은 아쉬움. 푹 쉬러 간 여행에 딱 좋은 곳.”

Pankaj provided a doctor immediately as I came in sick which was timely. I recovered quickly as a result and join the family on day trips. It felt warm as everyone was enquiring. It really shows the warmth of the people here.”

“Terrible experience at this hotel. They are only using the name of Hard Rock Hotel, but not delivering a 5 star experience. The location is very bad, horrible food, and the hotel is not clean at all (leaky roofs, smell around the property). We would like a refund and we were promised so through Expedia due to our experience. Would not recommend if you are looking for a luxurious stay in Goa.”

“고아 해변 고급 호텔보다 오히려 더 편안하고 쾌적한 호텔입니다. 16만원에 주니어 스위트룸에 묵었는데, 복층으로 아이들은 아래층에 별도로 재울수 있어 편리하고, 해변 식당에도 셔틀 버스를 무료로 수시 운행하여, 해변을 즐기기도 유리합니다. 가격대비 성능이 매우 좋습니다. 8월 15일에 묵었는데 날씨가 선선하고 공기가 맑습니다, 디왈리 시즌은 너무 사람이 많을 거예요. 한국 서해 외진 해안마을 느낌이라고 해야 할까요?”

“새벽두시에 자고 있는데 housingkeeping 이 방문열고 들어왔음 왜 들어왔냐고 하니 실수라고 함 놀라서 멍 하니 있다 잠도 깨고 근냥 나왔음 이런 실수가 새벽에 고객이 자고 있는 시간에 일어날수 있는 일인지 의문이 듬 고객이 있는 객실도 확인안하고 최악의 호텔임”
