“Apart from other things , its location - by the sea , on the ramparts of the fort Aguada. Our room has a great view of the sea and the pier . The approach from the main road is a two lane road - fair amount of traffic. And it is there for last 8/10 kms. So if you are driving, could be little frustrating after a drive of about 400 kms . ”

“We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel.
There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite.
The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives...

“Alagoa is a lovely resort. Family friendly and also relaxing for a solo trip. For India this resort has good cleanliness & I would certainly recommend. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach which is a beautiful spot to relax in. Down side is the taxis are expensive and will do all they can to rip you off. Be prepared for a haggle war! Everything else is wonderful! ”
“Location and looking are good. We were in good mood first day but after breakfast, my husband was sick. Maybe, food was not fresh. We couldn't enjoy anymore because of that. And also, production what they put in the swimming pool was too strong. We needed to use hair conditioner several times after it.”
