“Staff at check in was rude and seemed like we were an inconvenience. Breakfast staff not helpful and rude. Pretty sure they need customer service training. Check out was polite but was unsure about questions I asked. Sad part we have stayed in the past with a great experience.”

“Room was clean & comfortable & the staff personnel were respectful. The only problem we had was the pool wasn’t clean enough for us to feel comfortable getting into. The hot tub was fine.”

“The staff member checking in was very slow and confusing. The staff member the next morning was excellent. The room was as expected and smelled fresh and clean.”

“Thin walls & uncomfortable mattress. I stayed due to an early morning presentation at UW-Platteville to save myself from needing to get up early for travel. “I’ve stayed here before and it was room 106. It was pretty nice. This time, it was room 104 and it was severely disappointing. No windows Room felt humid everyday. Shower head is demolished. Carpet felt like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. It felt gross.”

“Good, clean hotel at a good price. Breakfast was better than most small town hospitals. Good place to stay.”

“Great stay! Hot tub was amazing”

“Pleasingly large accommodations.”

“They kept cutting my air off door knock lock sticking had to go out thru back door grass was growed up had to wade thru it”

“Very pleased with my stay. Room was clean and nice. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The parking garage entrance is difficult to navigate with a truck. The pool was out of commission. Not enough of an issue to reduce my rating.”
