“Was very happy with my room- it was clean, had a comfy bed, and the heater worked! Walls are a little thin so if you are a light sleeper, the doors opening and closing will wake you. ”

“It was very quiet due to the off season time and the staff was very helpful. They let us keep our bikes in our room so we didn't have to load them on our vehicle each time. Perry is a trailhead where two bike trails meet so it was great to just ride to the room, relax and start another trail the next day. We had a little trouble with our room key but that was minor. If we head back to the Raccoon River Valley Trail or High Trestle Bridge Trail, we'll check out the Super 8 again!”

“We love staying at the Garst House whenever we’re in town to visit family. We love the interesting history of the place, and all the old furnishing. Everything is old, and yet, spotlessly clean. It’s like staying at Grandma’s house.”
