“I saw a bug crawling out from the bathroom. The air conditioner made crazy noises, so I asked staffs to switch rooms. One staff said she could do it, then the next one said that she won't. Everything in this facility was old and crappy. I would never recommend this place. I really wanted to ask for refund. ”

“Everything about the property was wonderful and I would return again anytime. Beautiful room, beautiful lounge and decorations, safe area, near the best restaurants, great bathroom, clean comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast with cookies and fruit infused water available upon check-in. The staff were professional and polite. The only caveat is some guests from a wedding did not respect quiet hours when I had an early morning. I had earplugs so it was fine.”
