“Long long hallways Spacious room”

“Good air conditioning. Nice sized room king bed.”

“Everything was great!!”

“Unfortunately, it is very dark where the motel is. Pulling in, we were very uncomfortable. Had we been able to get a refund, we would have left. However, the owner put us at ease and told us we were safe. She is very careful handling ice, and we were grateful for that. We did sleep well. Not much for breakfast so got a cup of coffee and left in the morning.”

“Cleanliness in the bathroom could have been way better. They need to train their staff to clean in the corners of the room and to dust on top of things. The beds were comfortable and linen's were clean. The bathroom also needed to be maintained better.”

“The check-in was the terrible part about our stay. I have stayed in 100's of hotels and never experienced anything like this. Our party of 11 arrived (4 rooms) Lady at the front desk just stared at me. I told her we needed to check in. I handed her my ID and she told me she only had 3 rooms for me. I showed her my conf that had 4 rooms. She said someone else checked into 1 of our rooms so she only had 3. I told her we just arrived in town, if someone checked into 1 of our rooms, it wasn't us....

“Just what we needed. A clean room, everything worked. The shower was great”

“The staff were great! Sara the breakfast lady was super friendly. The bathroom had wallpaper peeling off and no exhaust fan. Toilet paper was thin not the nice angel soft we had at another Hampton. Breakfast was very good, lots of options. The luggage carriers disappeared or someone was lazy and didn’t put them back where they belong.”

“Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet included make your own waffles, bagels with cream cheese or peanut butter, cereal, and muffins. Our main issue was just that the exercise room was closed and looked like it was being used for storage. If we had known that I probably would have booked somewhere else. Also the internet was down one morning. When I contacted the front desk she said she would let someone know but she had just started last week so she didn’t know how to reset the modem. It was...

“close to downtown easy to travel from”

“Tiny room, but adequate. Water pressure was low. Nice pillows, furnishings. Do like to support this owner. Economic in value. Close to amenities.”
