“The property was in an ideal location for all the Bowling Greens used for the Isle of Man Bowls Festival. Only 5 minutes walk to the local Tesco and 10 minutes to the sea front. The apartment was clean and comfortable with no noise from the other apartments in the building. When staying in the apartments you have use of the restaurant and bar in the sister hotel which us 2 minutes walk away. I would recommend to family and friends”

“The first impression was good on entering the hotel. The lift however is insufficient in size especially with many guests as was case when I stayed. This caused problems at breakfast time. The single room was smaller than expected. Reception staff V Good. Limited seating in comfortable Piano Bar area. There were 2 coach trips in every day of my stay. Ideal position for Public transport.”

“I went for business trip. So I didn't experienced the Casino and around of the Hotel. I think this hotel is good at for short travel. The room is clean, bathroom is convient for shower. Free Wifi can be used for 2 computer/room. However the eating included in dinner and breakfast in the hotel is normal.”

“staff friendly room clean and serviced every day only problem kitchen extract exhaust finished by the window which although was locked shut did not seal It came on at 6am and room smelt of breakfast and later on until around midnight it smelt of malaysian food for that reason I would not stay there again”

“The Claremont’s location is excellent, but unfortunately, that was the strongest aspect of our stay. Although the hotel is rated four stars, our experience was closer to that of a two-star property. The building is badly in need of repairs and modernization. The hallways are unusually dark, with the lights switching on only after someone begins walking through them.
