“Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits avec petits dejeuners. La chambre pour 3 est correcte Les petits déjeuners sont richement garnis. L hotel est proche du centre de st helier a pied. Le parking est pratique La piscine et salle de sport se trouve en face de l hotel. Une rue a traversé. Ce n est pas hyper pratique mais pas contraignant non plus. Mon fils de 14 ans a ete accepte dans la salle de sport aux machines sans charge. L hotel est afpte aux personnes a mobilite reduite”

“Excellent sea view from the balcony. The room is spacious and clean. The floor of the hotel room seems to be made of wood. When you walk in the room, you will feel the floor vibrating, and even the furniture in the room will vibrate as well.”

“The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. ”

“We had stayed in Jersey previously and were severely let down by the standard of accommodation so we decided to choose something more luxurious and the Grand Jersey Hotel did not disappoint. We were made welcome the instant we stepped through the door and that continued throughout our week stay, we should have booked longer! The staff were first class, attentive throughout the hotel and we couldn't fault the superb service. The price of food and drinks were what we expected for a 5 star hotel...

“Gutes Mittelklassehotel mit Charme im Vorort. Zentral zu Zur nahen Bushaltestelle und zum örtl. Pub. Einem schönen Pool und gutem englischen Frühstück, stehen fehlender Safe und Kühlschrank auf den Zimmern gegenüber. Insgesamt eine angenehme Atmosphäre mit sehr freundlichem Personal .”

“I was pleasantly surprised. The room had an adequate size for me and had a kitchenette. The room and kitchenette were both very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette had everything, cutlery, pans, toaster, microwave, small fridge and small vitro. Perfect if you're planning on staying for a few days! Bathroom was also very good size. The service was also very good, staff were friendly, polite and always greeted with a smile! Overall, a great place to stay considering it's a 2-star hotel.”

“Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. All food was great, breakfast set us up for the day! Good Location just outside St Helier centre and a fabulous tidal pool to swim in the sea just opposite the hotel. Outdoor pool at the hotel is heated to a good temperature.”
