“Room clean staff friendly breakfast was amazing with so much choice, pool ok could do with updating changing rooms and outside jacuzzi, we found the pool too noisy with some kids screaming Or splashing without a care for older people being around”

“The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. ”
