I called prior to us leaving and asked if they could accommodate us with the check-in time since the cut-off is 4:00 p.m. They immediately said yes and waited for us to arrive at 5:15 p.m. We stayed in the regular rooms, and the bed was super comfy! So if you’re a picky eater or have lots of food sensitivities, this could be a real hassle. It is served in your room only, and delivery runs a bit on island time.
