"A disappointment!!! It took a lot to check in, they did not understand English, they gave us a small room and one of the beds was an extended chair. We rented another room and they charged us a lot and we could not pay with a card. Not recommended at all!"

"If I could give this place 6 out of 5 stars I would. We stayed here during Christmas. Karlovy Vary is full of hotel options, many of which are expensive and corporate. This place is family owned and has a local feel. From the moment we entered, the staff cared enough to ask if we had dinner reservations for Christmas dinner and when we didn’t, assisted us on his own in calling around to find an option for us and making us a reservation. They asked what time we would like breakfast on Christmas...

"Завтрак происходит в п олуподвальном помещении. Запах отвратительный - как в наших провинциальных больницах в середине прошлого века. Все скучено, столики маленькие, стоят близко друг к другу. О достойной презентации еды вообще не может быть и речи.
Еда убогая. Немного самой дешевой нарезки - есть это невозможно. Вареные яйца - это единственное, что можно выбрать. Хлеб намного хуже чем самый дешевый хлеб дома. Есть помидоры и огурцы - но все это такое некачественное, просто диву даёшься. А...
