"I rang ahead as I knew I’d be late to arrive. The lady on the phone was very bubbly, polite and most of all; helpful! When I got to the hotel, the nights team were cleaning the reception area but rushed to assist me through the doors. "Loved my stay! …. Treated myself to a nights stay after a stressful week and it was just what I needed. Chloe and Ronnie checked me in and gave me a complimentary upgrade to the Dahlia kingsize room which was glorious …. So beautiful and clean, the bed was also super comfortable.
