Very relaxing surroundings and variety of different cuisines in the main restaurant . Great customer service. They brought a chocolate cake and candles to our room for my boyfriend’s birthday. "Had a wonderul stay with family. My kid enjoyed the amenities around. We arrived early, but staff was very welcoming and provided us a early check in. Special mention to Sarath & Vijay, who made the welcoming special and helping with pool facilities. Place has a fantastic view of Banasura Sagar dam. Jogging track is also available near the shores of dam. Food was good, special thanks for chef for accomodating our requests. Overall nice resort, we enjoyed the stay."

"Very nice, modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were excellent, courteous, and made the stay feel welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The only area for improvement was noise, as there was a low humming sound from the bathroom ceiling and corridor noise could carry into the room at times. With a bit more attention to soundproofing, the guest experience would be even better."
