“Very nice accommodations at bargain prices. Nice pool and sauna. Not a tourist place. Restaurant was decent, but the service was the worst. One meal came fairly quickly but it was a half hour before the other meal came.”

“Baanpong was a boutique lodge with 8 guest rooms. The staff was all the time responsive. The place was home-like with cozy atmosphere. The poolside library was fantastic. Hiking/bike riding around the lake was very refreshing. Though it is rather deep into countryside, transportation was easily accessible by lodge owned car with driver, free or with affordable rate. I would like to stay there again, with more preparation. ”

“Really enjoy my 3day stay, very quiet and peaceful (surrounded by trees). Spacious room. Friendly English speaking front desk. Though wifi connection can be improved esp during the night time (where usage high, connection speed abit slow).”

“Kind great staffs, tidy cozy room, delicious not saulty food, greenish peaceful atmosphere. They have several shuttle service so that I could get access to the old town in time easily. Staffs provided a surprising birthday cake for me. It was an unforgetable memory! The hotel also has golf fields(1 minute distance) which is quiet challenging. One thing: You can not avoid from the air plane noise. Could bother you if you mind it. ”

“Very beautiful and comfortable suite with personal pool. This has a small kitchen but has no plates, bowls, eating or cooking utensils? Should at least have bottle opener/cork screw for romatic drinks. This is good for secluded retreat. Not good area if you want to walk and shop and eat and drink. Nowhere to walk to. Last morning water too low to take shower??? I think isolated event. Not normal. Very nice place to stay for seclusion and romance.”

“Nice stay, but a bit prices according to What you Will get elsewhere in Thailand. It is a lovely place in natural sorroundings. We loved that. You need a car to get anywhere. Also note that it is outside town, and no cars/buses run to town, however there is a few food stalls near the mainroad where you can get food. Close to the national park of Doi inthanon, but still outside the check point. ”

“One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The setting is beautiful, as are the spacious rooms. The pool area was gorgeous, however, could've done with a rail and better non-slip tiling. Ate twice in the Thai restairant- excellent food. Breakfast in Creek cafe was plentiful and super selection. All staff were friendly and very professional. I would definitely stay again! ”
