“Very nice team, quite, discret, available, very professional. Note: 20/20 The location is very nice with an amazing view of the surounding mountains and cliff. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night. We saw many animals on the way and around the lodge (monkeys, impalas, gnou, mangusts and a rare red deer) with a particular enjoyable wake-up when opening the curtains: a girafe standing and drinking in front of the terrasse at 6 am.”

“Very nicely appointed rooms and a big walk in shower, separate from the tub. The main lobby was beautiful, restaurant is very nice. They also offer room service. There is also a nice spa on campus, but we did not have time to investigate. Breakfast was included, the hotel offers a lovely buffet. Also noticed after the fact, that I did not receive the 20% off a restaurant order offered through Expedia for Key members. I would stay here again.”

“Tutto top”

“Wonderful!!!”

“The reserve was stunning. Saw plenty of wildlife despite relatively low game density. The food was great considering the size of the buffet. The property was nice but maybe too modern for a true safari experience. I was most disappointed that it wasn’t as family friendly as advertised. The child center was under construction, the pools were not heated, there were no activities for young children nor was there food catered towards young children. ”

“I can’t tell you how much we loved our stay. The room was beautiful, the property was lovely. Food and hospitality were excellent. Our guide Jason and tracker Pete were so good. We saw all of the big five and they got us close enough to get awesome pictures. The property has a small number of rooms so there was plenty of space around the pool and other areas during leisure time. We felt like the staff tried to anticipate our needs and they even had complimentary laundry service. Overall it was...

“Our family group of five (across three rooms) had an exceptional stay at Babohi at Qwabi. The safari experience exceeded every expectation, giving us close encounters with many animals. We enjoyed a sundowner with Rhinos walking around us, and woke up to Lions roaring in the early morning, moments we'll never forget. We also spotted Elephants, Hippos, and Giraffes throughout our stay. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect retreat after a day out in...

“Tolle Gastgeber!”

“The top!!! Everything was more than perfect: The daily timing, The service level, very proactive and always with smiles, The food quality, excellently prepared and cooked, Amaizing facilities in a less amaizing location, The strong expertise of the guides and their way of life. Thanks to the invisible staff who makes invisible any default. Thanks to the management who makes all above possible. PS: the games were all an unforgetable experience and a flow of emotion. Can’t tell all we could see,...

“The room was beautiful and we had the best of times with the game drives and evry event they organised for us. The staff is really good and made us feel the most comfortable. ”

“Wenn auch das Personal nicht gerade freundlich war, die Unterkunft war hervorragend, ebenso das Frühstück”

“Accommodation is basic but clean and functional. We love all the outdoor pools both warm and cold as they are in pristine condition. The indoor hot pool is amazing at night. Good way to relax before bedtime. There is only one waterslide but it is fast and fun. Mini golf course is very challenging but great.”

“This is the most beautiful stay I’ve experienced. The location is secluded from the main lodge so you feel the extra peace and quiet. That staff are incredibly helpful and friendy. The food? Chef Johannes deserves his flowers, it was incredible. I highly recommend and will definitely be back”

“I should preface this review by saying that I am a professional wildlife photographer. I have stayed at dozens of safari lodges both expensive high-end and ‘budget’, all over Southern and East Africa. The Blyde River Canyon Lodge is great. While not exactly a safari lodge as such (it’s not in a true wildlife park) the architectural style is very ‘safari chic’ using a lot of local natural materials and thatched roofing. It is very close to the ‘Panorama Route Drive’ and the spectacular Blyde...

“Excelente estadia. Equipe super atenciosa, em Especial ao Game Drive Dylan que nos atendeu. Instalações impecáveis comida muito boa e bebidas excelentes.”

“Recomendo demais, foi uma experiência incrível! A acomodação representa as fotos, tudo impecável, ficamos de frente para o Rio! A alimentação foi perfeita, menu divino! Fizemos 6 games e foi incrível, os Guias Mateo e Justice fazem de tudo para tornar a experiência única! Sem pontos negativos, somente elogios!”
