“Queen beds were more like full size beds. Also HOW GROSS that the coffee maker, cups and ice bucket included in your room are located in the bathroom on the lower shelf under bathroom sink right next to the toilet . Very unsanitary, we did use. Property itself other than that was decent.”

“This hotel is false advertisement. The rooms smell so bad. Sheets had stains on them. They also had not been changed. Dog hair and dirt all over them. The pool is NOT open nor will it be for a while. There is NO breakfast like it says online either. The rooms are in major need of upgrades. If there was a way to get my money back I would. I would have much rather slept in my car. But you get what you pay for I guess. If there was a 0 stars I would definitely of hit that.”

“Excellent place and enough space for group of 8-12 people. Everything is great except for one thing.. the couch in the living room is kind of dirty. We had a great time there.”

“We had a wonderful family vacation at this Lake Norman house. Anything you could think of was provided at this beautiful house. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the water, playing games, and simply enjoying family time together. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Carpet was stained in every carpeted room. Pool not heated, which was told after booking. Hot tub not working not advised until late evening before checking in. Said they would compensate for extreme inconvenience. I have not heard anything back. Used for birthday party and unable to use 2 main attractions. Outdoor water sports were great but gets dark so early not able to utilize for long. Kitchen area was fantastic and set up is great for large group. Biggest issue was pool and hot tub which...
