Although room has air conditioning which should work fine when temperatures are 30°C or lower, it struggled to keep the room cool when temperatues hit 40°C. Hotel is pretty central in Alice, with easy walking distance of several shops, though the surrounding roads do get busy. Staff were friendly."

The staff at reception "LESLIE AND PAGE were so helpful and refreshingly honest in their attitude towards customers and their respective jobs. The cleaning and room preparation was excellent and the cleaning staff were most obliging in providing extra service if there was a requirement.. such as sugar, tea, milk, blankets etc. Kudos to the groundsmen for their efforts to keep all clean and tidy."
