“ from South Korea who stayed here for our honeymoon from November 13th to 16th. The overall satisfaction with the food, environment, location, facilities, and scenery were fantastic. However, I would like to tell you about an unpleasant experience. I am very dissatisfied with the service attitude of the staff. We clearly requested the honeymoon service by email before our arrival, but it was not provided. We requested it again to the Chinese staff member at the reception desk, and they said...

“We visited Ambre resort between September 22 and September 26, and as one can imagine this is short time to add any valuable and lengthy review on the property. However, few words can be put down to describe our experience. First and foremost, the hotel staff are very accommodative and helpful and arrange our stay very well. We received an upgrade from sea view room to sea view apartment which was awesome. If one can book room #241 the view is worth every penny we spend, not to mention you...

“It was a nice hotel in a quiet resort. Hotel felt a little tired, we had a light fitting collapse in the bedroom and some of fixtures and fittings were a little worn. But staff were generally friendly although it seemed that they paid more attention to French people (we were one of a handful of English speaking families). I would say it is a good quality 3 star hotel, and not really 4 star standards. But for the area compared to other properties I think it is one of the better hotels. If I had...

“Lovely hotel nice walks along the beach The only problems couldn’t get drinks with our meals as staff didn’t understand what I wanted so had to go to bar ourselves and staff sometimes to quick to clean plates and drinks away nearly took a drink I was still drinking!! If I was all inclusive this might not be a problem but we paid for our drinks as we were only full board”
