“Place was fantastic! I liked the added touches like drinks and treats. Alandra and Camille helped me and were amazing at the front desk. They were so genuinely nice and friendly. Made me feel very welcome. Room very clean, comfy bed. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others.”

The bed was very comfortable. I loved using the radio to play music as we played games and relaxed. I will definitely be back again soon.”

“The views were great from the room. There were plenty on dog waste stations around the property so I never had to walk too far for one. My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning but the cool weather and open windows cooled the room off just fine. I can't recommend this place enough”

“Brand new property still has new car smell. Was in town for Bruno Mars concert and location was awesome. Next to police station so felt safe. Rooms are like a mini condo very spacious and loved the open industrial interion design. Rooftop has amazing view even though its still under construction. Nice gym equipment and pickle ball court. Staff was super nice and they provide free breakfast and snacks. Would definitely return to stay here as it met our needs as in location, cleaniness , and...

“We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable.”

“The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent.”
