“We thought the room was great, clean and a beautiful view of Lake Superior. The property was beautiful with a great walking trail all the way around it. Only thing I would say is it would have been great to have blackout curtains in the room, it gets light out around 4am. But all in all it’s a great place to stay and great pricing for the 3 nights we were there and all the free amenities and accommodation are also a great perk!”

“The room was lovely. It was clean, and very cute. I accessed it via a code emailed several hours before check-in. I did not see or interact with the front desk folks during my entire stay. My only issue was interrupted sleep. The people in the room next door (or somewhere close to my room) were very loud. I woke up to what sounded and smelled like a party. If it weren’t for the interrupted sleep, I would say it was a wonderful place to stay. If I stay here again, I will request a quieter floor.”

“This hotel stay is a 10 of 10!! Brand new hotel in a repurposed school building from the 1930s! Open floor exposed concrete concept with beautiful new appliances. Near the Minneapolis convention center this is ideally located in downtown Minneapolis. The room size for price including full kitchen is a bargain! Definitely worth the stay!!”

“Rooms clean, staff was great and knowledgeable pool and hot tub were great , kitchen was a little lacking in things to use for cooking and the coffee pot was not the greatest had to google how to use it after three attempts with hot coffee water everywhere could update those things but otherwise ok. Decks and stairs are a little scary could be updated but overall good ”

“We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable.”
