"From the woman welcome by Camille Rooks to the well appointed room with a full refrigerator, cooktop, coffee machine, luggage rack, actual hangers in the closet, staying at the Roami was a good experience. Everyone was helpful with travel directions, suggestions etc, There are laundry facilities on every other floor with free detergent and dryer sheets. There is complementary beverages in the lobby and this place is clearly clientele centered."

"The hotel itself was fine. Breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy. The major downside was the traffic noise and the construction in front of the hotel. And it would have been nice to warn us that the exit by the hotel was closed, and the best way to navigate around that. It was most annoying!"

"The room was okay. Hot tub jets didn't work. A couple of the kids swim features didn't work. Main pool was cold. Breakfast was the most minimal continental breakfast I've seen. Just bagels, apples, oranges, apple sauce, muffins, and 3 cereals with communal milk. We stayed before and found the place nicer then. "
