"Our recent stay at The Westin Downtown Minneapolis was truly a wonderful experience overall. The room was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the view of downtown Minneapolis was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Waking up to the city skyline made the experience feel extra special.
The staff is what truly made our visit memorable. Jay was incredible — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests. Manager Xavier was also exceptional. We had a small hiccup with the linens in our room, but I addressed it with Xavier right away, and he immediately stepped in, listened to my concerns, and took care of the situation with professionalism and care. His willingness to assist and make sure we were comfortable really stood out and showed how much he values the guest experience.
There were a couple of areas that could use some attention. One of the elevators was out during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. We also spoke with a few frequent guests who mentioned that this particular elevator seems to be out fairly often, so hopefully this is something that can be addressed long-term. The parking situation was another area that could be improved, as it was not as convenient as we would have hoped for hotel guests.
Aside from those minor issues, our stay was fantastic. The beautiful room, amazing views, great location, and especially the outstanding hospitality from Jay and Xavier made our experience one to remember."
